Women’s Transitional Housing Program
Grace's Place is a residential housing program that offers long-term placement to address the underlying causes of a woman’s homelessness, to strengthen her
self-sufficiency, and to assist her in establishing an independent living situation.
The program is designed to provide an extension of time and services up to 12 months to single women or non-custodial mothers of the transient population who require extra support and guidance in order to complete a successful transition from co-dependency to self-sufficiency.
We welcome all women who are in need of support and committed to recovery. |
